Managed IT & Support
Support, mapped
One desk, one set of responsibilities, written down.
-
Users, devices and applications
Start by listing which users, devices, locations and applications need to be considered.
-
Service-desk and remote support
Define what support tasks are proposed, and what is excluded.
-
Maintenance and documentation
Decide who approves and performs setup, patching and documentation work.
-
Vendors
Clarify which vendors are involved and who may coordinate with them.
Define the work before choosing a service arrangement.
Technology decisions are easier when the discussion starts with the work your team needs to do. Identify recurring interruptions, the systems involved, and where responsibility is unclear. Use those priorities to discuss an appropriate scope of service with WOLFTRAXX SYSTEMS.
Questions for a scope discussion
- Which users, devices, locations, and applications need to be considered?
- What service-desk or remote-support tasks are being proposed, and what is excluded?
- Who would approve and perform setup, maintenance, patching, and documentation tasks?
- Which vendors are involved, and who has authority to coordinate with them?
- Is any system or backup-status monitoring proposed? Who would review findings, and what response work would be included?
- What equipment or software changes need further investigation before a decision?
These are planning questions, not a list of included or available services. Any work, responsibility, coverage, or commercial arrangement must be confirmed in the applicable written proposal or agreement.
- Describe
Record recurring issues, affected workflows, and the business impact. Keep credentials and confidential records out of an initial inquiry.
- Clarify
Identify current responsibilities and ask which tasks, dependencies, and exclusions a proposal would address.
- Confirm
Record the proposed scope, decision owners, and acceptance criteria. Requested timing and desired outcomes are planning inputs, not commitments.
Priorities to discuss
- Which recurring interruptions matter most to the business?
- Where are responsibilities unclear between internal staff and vendors?
- What documentation exists, and what information is missing?
- Which decisions need an owner, further information, or a separate proposal?
Confirm the boundaries
This page does not establish service availability, monitoring, backup responsibility, support hours, response or resolution times, scheduling, or guaranteed outcomes. Existing clients should follow the support instructions agreed for their account. Public inquiry channels are not support intake, and this website does not create a ticket.
