Technology & Platforms
The technology behind a service, and who is responsible for it.
Behind any IT support arrangement is a set of tools: endpoint protection, email filtering, backup, phones, networking, and a place to manage requests. Which tools fit depends on the business, its existing systems, and what is agreed in writing. This page explains what to ask and lists products and platforms that come up in business technology conversations. Neither is a list of tools included with any particular WOLFTRAXX SYSTEMS service.
- Security and protection
Endpoint protection, email filtering, identity controls, and phishing awareness work as layers, not as one product. Ask which layers are proposed, who reviews alerts, and what response work is in scope.
- Business systems and continuity
Backup, Microsoft 365, documentation, and lifecycle planning shape how recoverable and supportable an environment is. Ask what is covered, how recovery is checked, and who owns each task.
- Client portal and visibility
Existing clients use the support channel agreed for their account. If that channel is the WOLFTRAXX SYSTEMS client portal, it is separate from this website; see Support information.
Questions to ask about any provider’s tools
- Which platforms are used for security, backup, communications, and support requests, and who administers each one?
- Who selects and configures the tools, and who reviews the alerts and reports they produce?
- What happens to licenses, data, and documentation if the relationship ends?
- Which items are recurring responsibilities, and which are separate projects or add-ons?
- Where is each commitment written down?

Brand names and what they mean
All product and vendor names on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named as examples and for context. Their appearance does not mean the owner sponsors or endorses WOLFTRAXX SYSTEMS, and it is not a claim of authorization, reseller status, or program status unless a specific program is named. A product listed here is not automatically included in any WOLFTRAXX SYSTEMS service; specific tools, licensing, and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.
