Online Payments & Invoicing
Give customers a practical way to pay remotely.
Not every sale ends at a register. Service businesses may invoice after a job; an office may collect by phone; a repeat customer may prefer a scheduled payment. WOLFTRAXX SYSTEMS works with North to offer Payanywhere merchant solutions and discuss which remote-payment workflow fits the business.
North describes online tools that include invoices, payment links, virtual-terminal transactions, and recurring billing. These are different ways to collect and manage payments, not one interchangeable feature. Availability and account requirements should be confirmed for the specific setup.
Match the tool to the transaction
- Invoice: send a bill after work is complete and give the customer an online payment path.
- Payment link: share a payment page for a specific sale or amount when the customer is not present.
- Recurring billing: discuss repeat invoices or scheduled payments for an appropriate ongoing arrangement.
- Virtual terminal: enter a transaction in a merchant portal for an authorized phone or remote order.
Before choosing, map who creates a charge, how customers receive it, how staff track paid and unpaid items, and how transactions reconcile with accounting. Never send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials through an ordinary contact email.
Keep the business workflow in view
WOLFTRAXX SYSTEMS can discuss the surrounding systems—devices, access, networks, invoicing process, and reporting—while North’s current platform and final merchant terms determine the payment capabilities and account setup. North’s payment-solutions overview provides its current product description.
